Total dimensions under 1 cubic foot, any weight: $16 flat rate
Equal to or greater than 1 cubic foot, up to 50 lbs: $24 per cubic foot

Yes. In order to effectively manage the volume of cargo we receive & ship each week, we require that all packages be associated with an existing account and that all packages are marked with a valid customer ID. Accounts may not be shared.

Yes! We have a very effective internal tracking system, so we know exactly where your packages are from the time they’re delivered to our Florida warehouse until you collect them from our Roatan office. You can request to receive email notifications when your packages are logged into our system.
Yes, of course! We transport everything from small envelopes to furniture & appliances. Keep in mind that cargo space for larger items can be limited, so delivery times may vary.
Absolutely. Our insurance covers up to $100 per parcel & additional insurance is available for higher valued items. Please request an insurance form if you wish to purchase additional coverage.
Tropic Consolidators currently offers one-way (southbound) service, shipping to Roatan from the US.
While we understand that our name might lead you to think so, package consolidation services (combining each customer’s smaller packages into a single larger package) are not offered. We’re a cargo & parcel service that operates via shipment consolidation, meaning we consolidate all of the packages received at our Florida warehouse into a single weekly shipment bound for the island. When available, we recommend setting your delivery preferences to fewer packages when placing your order, in order to limit the number of parcel fees that apply for your shipment.
Do you have a question we didn’t cover here? Or a special request? Contact us today … We’re happy to help you any way we can.
